To cancel, select the 'My Profile' pulldown item and then finally 'Disable Account' submenu item. We would like to know why you cancelled, but if you don't want to answer, that is fine.
We understand that not everyone who signs up will actually use our software. We are sorry to see you cancel. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: We will gladly cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will cancel effective immediately the day you make your request. You will not have any more charges going forward from this point. However, since we bill on a monthly basis, any unused portion of the month in which you cancel can not be refunded. We are sorry, but we cannot do partial month refunds.
We have one exception, that is if you cancel within the first month, we will refund any funds you paid to sign up. Cancel the account; then please use the "Contact Us" page to apply for the refund.
